Bonnell 775 MX Suspension Package
Bonnell 775 MX Suspension Package
EXT VECTA CORE FEATURES
This shock offers the revolutionary LOK Technology that allows a complete compression separate lock-out system, now totally renewed with a new design and a more progressive damper circuit. In order to allow every rider to use a softer spring rate and increase bike traction and handling, EXT engineers have utilized its best in the business hydraulic bottom out system named HBC (Hydraulic Bottom-out Control), capable to develop more than 50% of hydraulic force only on the last 15% of the stroke, allowing riders to avoid harsh bottom-out situations and provide a compliance and control throughout the entire range of travel.
The Vecta is designed to serve those customers who want maximum performance of a pedal-platform equipped shock, with a great support on the last millimeters of bike rear travel and the unrivaled performance of a coil-over shock.
This damper was designed as an to contain some unique features not found in it's V3 predecessor, many of which a from the development of the e-Storia. These features include the following:
- Chromoly shaft with low friction coating
- Reservoir with bladder design for better low speed sensitivity
- Dedicated spring platform to accommodate stiffer springs
- Polymer spring bushings
- Internal negative spring to avoid harsh top-out and improve bike platform stability
- Lok 2.0
- New rebound adjustment to increase tuning range
- New compression valve design to increase adjustability range and provide more supple low speed characteristics.
- New seal design to reduce friction
- New main piston design with high flow to improve sensitivity and tunability

Product Features
Engineered with downhill focus in mind, the shock structure has seen a redesign in order to be more frame friendly, with metric and imperial sizing, and both classic eye to eye and trunnion mounts. HBC has been enhanced with a wider range of adjustment, in order to prevent bottom-out issues, while allowing riders to use softer spring rates and still have good support.

NOTICE: All dampers should be test fit to the frame and cycled though the travel to ensure frame compatibility and clearance. This is especially important when using aftermarket parts that modify stock geometry or linkage characteristics. We are not responsible for damage to frames where the shock fitment was not initially verified.
