EXT-USA is not responsible for items once they are given to the shipping provider. We offer a $5 shipping upgrade that will require a signature upon delivery.
If you'd like to make sure your items are not left at your doorstep, please select "Require signature on delivery" when choosing options for your Fork/Shock.
If you choose upgraded delivery, please follow-up on the tracking code you receive and make sure you are available to receive and sign for your package.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SATISFACTION
We are happy to re-valve your EXT product if you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

CANCELLED ORDERS
Orders that are cancelled after payment is processed will be charged a $50 processing fee to cover our costs. This applies even if the if the order is cancelled before shipping.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
New suspension 30 day return policy:
Need a return? We get it, life happens. EXT accepts returns on unused items for up to 30 days after purchase. Items need to be returned in original packaging. Once approved, and the product has been received at the EXT warehouse, you will receive a full refund - minus a $50 processing fee.
Ridden Suspension Return Policy:
Used products require a 25% re stocking fee upon return. Used suspension must be free of damage outside the scope of normal riding conditions. Claims for a refund must be filed within 30 days after receiving your item(s). Once approved, and the product has been received at the EXT warehouse, you will receive a full refund - minus a $50 processing fee.
