EXT-USA is not responsible for items once they leave our facility. We offer a $5 shipping upgrade that will require a signature upon delivery, if you'd like to make sure your items are not left at your doorstep.
Please select "Require signature on delivery" when choosing options for your Fork/Shock.
If you choose upgraded delivery, please follow-up on the tracking code you receive and make sure you are available to receive and sign for you package.
RETURNS & WARRANTIES
We are happy to refund EXT items if you are not 100% satisfied within 2 months of receiving the shock. You will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

For warranty issues, click here to fill out a warranty claim.
Orders that are canceled after payment is processed will also be charged a $50 processing fee to cover our costs. This applies even if the if the order is canceled before shipping.
