EXT-USA is not responsible for items once they leave our facility. We offer a $5 shipping upgrade that will require a signature upon delivery, if you'd like to make sure your items are not left at your doorstep. 

Please select "Require signature on delivery" when choosing options for your Fork/Shock.

If you choose upgraded delivery, please follow-up on the tracking code you receive and make sure you are available to receive and sign for you package.

 

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SATISFACTION

We are happy to re-valve EXT items if you are not 100% satisfied within 90 days of receiving the shock.

CANCELED ORDERS

Orders that are canceled after payment is processed will also be charged a $50 processing fee to cover our costs. This applies even if the if the order is canceled before shipping. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are happy to refund EXT suspension products if you are not 100% satisfied. Claims for a refund must be filed within 30 days after receiving your item(s). Once approved, you will receive a full refund -- minus a $50 processing fee
