EXT-USA Terms of Service

Welcome to EXT-USA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of any products from EXT-USA. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Terms

  • EXT-USA is an authorized distributor and service provider for EXT suspension products in the United States.

  • By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by EXT-USA.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • EXT-USA is not responsible for items once they leave our facility.

  • We offer a $5 shipping upgrade that includes signature confirmation to reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages. Customers must select "Require signature on delivery" at checkout to use this option.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and being available to receive their packages.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled after payment processing will be subject to a $50 processing fee, even if the order has not shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • EXT suspension products are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receipt, subject to a $50 processing fee.

  • To request a return, email ordering@extusa.bike for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  • Products must be returned in like-new condition to:

6. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on re-valving EXT products—contact us if you’re not 100% satisfied.

  • For warranty claims, please fill out the appropriate form [Insert Link].

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (including logos, text, images, and product information) is the property of EXT-USA or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • EXT-USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

  • EXT-USA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
