Warranty Manager/Technician

Experience in the industry is preferred. We offer on-the-job training for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Managing warranty operations: Overseeing the daily operations of warranty processes, claims, and databases. Working with Italy counterpart to determine best path of moving forward with a claim
  • Analyzing warranty claims and data to determine their accuracy and validity
  • Hands on suspension work and diagnostics. Servicing, and or repairing suspension that come in for warranty evaluation
  • Warranty diagnostic and repair of product
  • Establishing and implementing warranty-related policies and procedures
  • Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Addressing and resolving warranty queries, complaints, and issues
  • Doing our best to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied with both our products and with the experience they have with us
  • Issuing reports and analyzing warranty trends
  • Monthly warranty reports and discussions to make sure senior management is aware of all warranty trends
  • Collaborating with service centers
  • Identifying opportunities and strategies for improving warranty claims processing
  • Taking phone calls from customers

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of mountain bike industry and currently available suspension products preferred but not required
  • Likes working their hands, mechanically inclined and is a quick learner
  • Good at working in a team dynamic
  • Is meticulous and has a good attention to detail
  • Must be able to communicate in friendly manner with customers about their products, findings, recommendations etc

Compensation

  • Depending on experience: $45-$55k Starting.
