National Sales Coordinator

EXT-USA, LLC, is the US distributor of high performance, Italian-made suspension products for mountain bikes and electric motorcycles with offices in Helper, UT. We are seeking a Dealer Sales Coordinator to manage the growing operations’ dealer and demo network.

We have been growing at 20-30% year over year, for the last 4 years and is looking to fill this key position in the organization serving the nationwide sales coordinator in both b2b and b2c sales for the MTB and EMX markets.

As our National Sales Coordinator, you will be acting as an interface advisor to marketing and the rest of our team. This job requires regular mountain bike riding on advanced terrain and you must be an advanced-level mountain biker.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact and conduit of communication for the dealer network
  • Communicate with dealers on everything happening with EXT products and EXT-USA marketing and distribution, at least monthly. Examples include new product launches, sales discounts, events EXT-USA is attending, ambassador and dealer employee purchase programs, merchandise, sales incentives, inventory stock advice, etc.
  • Work with marketing manager on needed deliverables, both marketing and dealer content to relay information to dealers.
  • Get to know main points of contact at dealers, communicate with them to see what they need from EXT-USA to be successful in selling EXT suspension
  • Grow the EXT-USA dealer network
  • Strategically define regional strategies for EXT-USA dealer network
  • You'll provide retailers with strong sales support elevating their business and alignment with the EXT USA Brand
  • You'll also develop a deep understanding of our whole business by coordinating cross functionally with other teams, setting you up for a long lasting, successful career with us
  • Drive consultative selling to successfully build long term relationships with retailer partners
  • Conduct both inbound and outbound calls with independent bike retailers to secure annual renewals and cross sell new products
  • Assist retailers with inventory analysis and provide solutions for improving their business
  • Provide timely follow-up, closure and tracking of all sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and product expertise to drive sales through retailer channels
  • Understand and assess your account competitors and trends in the marketplace to adjust and drive business plans through retailer accounts
  • Assist int he development of seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans for assigned accounts using category, account, brand and marketplace knowledge
  • Collaborate with field representatives, sales leaders, marketing, and product management, to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings
  • Create plan and budget for at least annual dealer visits, get approved from EXT-USA team in accordance with budget
  • Possibly make dealer outreach trips around the country to find new dealers and to visit existing ones
  • Encourage dealer employees to ride our suspension
  • Possibly help with events, coordinate with rest of the EXT-USA team on seasonal event planning
  • Help answer phones when at EXT-USA
  • Help plan sales/marketing strategy for specific products and regions with marketing staff
  • Work in communicating trends in market flow with inventory management

Qualifications

  • Based in UT
  • Proven experience in supplier or retail sales - bonus points for metrics to back up how phenomenal you are!
  • Strong business insight and curiosity about the suspension industry and our brand - you'll talk with all kinds of customers
  • Self-motivated and highly flexible, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to balance consistently closing sales and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into sales
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time-management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a tight-knit team

Compensation

  • Depending on experience; $45-$65k Starting.
