Position: EXT-USA Sales Coordinator
EXT-USA, LLC, distributor of high performance Italian made suspension products for mountain bikes and electric motorcycles with offices in Salt Lake City and Helper, UT seeks a Dealer Sales Coordinator to manage the growing operations’ dealer and demo network. EXT-USA has been growing at 20-50% per year over the last 4 years and is looking to fill this key position in the organization serving the nationwide dealer network and acting as an interface advisor to marketing and owners. Requirement This job requires regular mountain bike riding on advanced terrain. You must be an advanced/expert level mountain biker.
Job Responsibilities Dealer and Demo Center Relations
-Be the main point of contact and conduit of communication for the dealer network
-Communicate with dealers on everything happening with EXT products and EXT-USA marketing and
distribution, at least monthly. Examples include new product launches, sales discounts, events EXT-USA is
attending, ambassador and dealer employee purchase programs, merchandise, sales incentives, inventory
stock advice, etc.
-Make deliverable marketing and dealer information content to relay information to dealers via email
-Get to know main points of contact at dealers, communicate with them to see what they need from EXT-USA to be successful in selling EXT suspension
-Grow the EXT-USA dealer network,
-Make dealer outreach trips around the country to find new dealers and to visit existing ones
-Strategically define regional strategies for EXT-USA dealer network approach
-Create plan and budget for at least annual dealer visits, get approved from EXT-USA team in accordance with budget
-dealer visits may start at first in only key regions
-Encourage dealer employees to ride our suspension
-Help with events, coordinate with rest of the EXT-USA team on seasonal event planning
-Relay to marketing and merchandising information about what dealers might need to be more successful
Job Responsibilities-Sales
-Help answer phones when at EXT-USA
-Help plan sales/marketing strategy for specific products and regions with marketing staff
-Work in communicating trends in market flow with inventory management

Position: EXT-USA & Suspension Syndicate Office Administrator
EXT-USA, LLC, distributor of high performance Italian made suspension products for mountain bikes and electric motorcycles, and Suspension Syndicate, a performance mountain bike suspension servicer and tuner, with offices in Salt Lake City and Helper, UT seek an Office Administrator to manage the growing operations’ resources and obligations. EXT-USA and Suspension Syndicate have been growing at 20-50% per year over the last 4 years and are looking to fill this key position in the organization serving the day-to-day operations and acting as an interface advisor to managers and owners.
Core Job Responsibilities
-You will be the day-to-day manager of the resources of the companies.
–You will provide back office administrative support to the business. Maintain accounts payable and receivable, scheduling, ordering, inventory tracking, etc.
-Ideal candidate is able to help the office with various administrative tasks so that technicians are able to focus on service and less time on administrative tasks. This person is organized, helpful, and a team player. Some tasks you will be responsible for and skills you should desire or have:
1. Managing online QuickBooks and ecommerce data. Prior Bookkeeping and accounting experience preferred but not required.
2. Payroll, QuickBooks Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations on a monthly basis.
3. Tracking Accounts Receivable and following up on any past due amounts.
4. Providing reports to external accountant on an as needed basis.
5. Developing cashflow reporting
6. Assisting with annual budgeting and projections
7. Human resource management including hiring, reviews and onboarding
8. Help with building service reports, spread sheets, tech documents, placing part and general supply orders, inventory tracking, receiving orders, etc.

EXT USA Marketing Manager
At EXT USA, we’re proud of the products and services we provide to our valued customers. We’re looking for a highly skilled marketing manager to help us promote our offerings and identify what consumers want so we can create more to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience related to the mountain bike industry and comprehensive knowledge of branding. This person must be able to lead a team of writers, designers, and account managers and interact with clients on a regular basis. The role also requires a deep understanding of what makes people tick, as well as a drive to deliver solutions that make a difference.
Objectives of this role
- Collaborate with business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.
- Oversee and grow the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities among established clients and by securing new accounts.
- Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures.
- Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the management team.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and services.
- Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
- Conduct meetings regularly with account managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure team is consistently performing above standard.
- Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis.
- Help put together marketing and sales related materials
Required skills and qualifications
- In depth knowledge of mountain bike industry and currently available suspension products.
- Successful track record in previous marketing roles and Sales campaign creation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.

EXT USA Suspension Technician
Experience in the industry is preferred but not required. We offer on the job training for this position.
Responsibilities
- Day to day new suspension build order fulfilment
- Day to day service of used products
- Warranty diagnostic and repair of product
- Service writing and data entry of work completed
- Must be able to communicate in friendly manner with customers about their products, findings, recommendations etc.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- In depth knowledge of mountain bike industry and currently available suspension products preferred but not required.
- Likes working their hands, mechanically inclined and is a quick learner.
- Good at working in a team dynamic.
- Is meticulous and has a good attention to detail.
